The International Power Conversion and Drive Colloquium (IPCDC) have been held on October 16th, 2013, in Izmailovo Alfa hotel, Moscow.
The colloquium has been organized by the Center of Modern Electronics with support of the Russian Association of Manufacturers of Power Suppliers and IEEE members.
The chairman of the program committee has been Prof. Valery Meleshin, Moscow, Russia.
The colloquium has been the following four sessions:
- DC-DC and AC-DC Converters, and Voltage Regulator Modules;
- Motor drive for railway traction;
- Digital Control – Modeling, Techniques, Applications;
- Single-Phase and Multi-Phase Inverters, and Motor Drives.

In addition an exhibition of components, power modules, and power electronics equipment have been organized concurrently with the conference. A cultural program has been also organized for the participants.
